This policy explains what information Flutterkick collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. It applies to the Flutterkick website and mobile app.
Account information. When you register, we collect your email address, username, first and last name, and a password. Your password is never stored in plain text — it's hashed before it's saved.
Workout and team content. Anything you create in the app — workouts, sets, team names, team membership, and workout assignments — is stored so it can be shown back to you and, where applicable, to your teammates.
Pool search. If you search for pools, the address you type is sent to a third-party geocoding provider (DistanceMatrix.ai) to convert it into a location. We don't access your device's GPS or location in the background — only the address you choose to type.
AI workout generation. If you use the AI workout generator, the prompt you type is sent to OpenAI to generate a workout. We don't send your account information along with it.
We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs, and we do not collect your device's location in the background.
We use your information to operate your account, let you create and track workouts, support team features like assigning workouts and tracking completion, and to communicate with you about your account (for example, password resets or team invitations).
We don't sell your information. We share information only where necessary to run the service:
The Flutterkick website uses cookies only to keep you signed in (session and refresh tokens). These cookies are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and passwords are hashed before storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. This removes your account information, workouts, and team data from our systems. If you'd rather we do it for you, email us at flutterkik@gmail.com.
Flutterkick is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
You can review and update your account information at any time from your account settings, and you can delete your account as described above. You can also reach out to us with any privacy questions or requests.
